About the Instructor
Raelene Gannon knows tea and what it takes to be an entrepreneur, especially in the rapidly growing food sector. As a certified tea sommelier from George Brown College, author of tea from cup to plate, international speaker, president and founder of tea and all its splendour, founder of the feed association, as well as an instructor at Georgian College, guest instructor at George Brown College, Fanshawe College and Liaison College, she brings her tea knowledge, product marketing and innovation, entrepreneurial savvy and expertise in tea and tea blending to every audience.
Welcome to The Art & Science of Tea Blending!
